This Wusthof cook’s knife also has a solid amount of heft to it without being so heavy that it feels unwieldy.

Serrated edges have a number of small teeth that allow them to easily start cuts in food.
They are heroes when it comes to cutting through food with hard exteriors and soft interiors like bread or sausages, which other knives end up crushing before they can make an exterior cut.
