Total Servings: 8, Level: Easy and Time: 25 mins

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, plus more for seasoning, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, some extra for seasoning, 8 pork breakfast chops, 1 cup all-purpose flour, Cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 tablespoon peanut oil, sauteed vegetables for serving.

Process: Season both sides of the pork chops with salt & pepper. Combine the flour with the cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Set aside on a dish after dredging each side of the pork chops in the flour mixture. Warm the peanut oil over medium-high heat.
