It is nearly impossible not to have leftover chicken after a large lunch. Which can drive us insane. We would continually try to compel our guests to accept these extra few bits, or even worse, put them into our family’s mouth the next day. As a result, I’ve been on a mission to identify the best meals and snacks to create using these leftovers.

So I no longer have to be concerned about the remaining chicken. On the other hand, I get excited when I find leftovers that will make my cooking easier the next day.
